This 20-year-old man had been bothered by his puffy areolas since puberty. It made him feel uncomfortable taking off his shirt at the beach. Dr. Stoker performed an excision of breast tissue from behind the areola on each side. This resulted in a male breast reduction with less prominent areolas. He is shown before and four months following his surgery.
